What type of products do you sell?

Tales From The Gloom offers both digital and physical products.

  • Digital Downloads include AI prompt packs, coloring books, printable art, and writing guides. These are delivered instantly to your email after purchase.
  • Physical merch (such as shirts, hoodies, stickers, and prints) is made-to-order and shipped directly to you through our print-on-demand partner.

How do I receive my digital products?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

When will I get my physical merch?

Physical items are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products — digital or physical. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If there’s an issue such as a defective item or a file delivery problem, please contact us at talesfromthegloomofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’re happy to help resolve any issues within our policy guidelines.

Can I use the digital products commercially?

All digital products are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please contact us if you’re interested in commercial licensing.

Return & Refund Policy

At Tales From The Gloom, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Digital downloads: These are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
  • Phsyical merch (print-on-demand): Each item is custom made to order, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Exceptions:

If your phsyical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us on our Contact page or at contact@talesfromthegloom.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

We appreciate your understanding — our products are made with care, and we aim to provide a clear and smooth shopping experience.
